As a group of intercessors, we are called to pray without ceasing. We are called to be impartial and to pray for those in authority over us so that we can live quiet and peaceful lives, as we worship and honour our God.
Very recently we had some disheartening news concerning Prime Minister Trudeau and his family. Please watch this video and read this article on how we, as Christians, should respond and join us as we unite our hearts in prayer over this situation.
Calling Canadians to Prayer!
We need your help to recruit intercessors to join our weekly live Zoom Prayer Calls. We pray strategically for Canada, all peoples and authorities, that we my live peaceful, godly lives and that others would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus. Invite your friends to join us!

Prayer Points
Prime Minister Trudeau and Sophie Gregoire Trudeau announced last week they will separate after 18 years of marriage. They have 3 children. Xavier, the eldest son is 15. Their daughter, Ella-Grace is 14 and the youngest son Hadrian is 9.
Pray for them as a family. Separation of parents can cause emotional needs in children. Pray that their hearts would turn to the Lord during this difficult time.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
Pray for all MP’s especially those who live far from Ottawa as time spent on Parliament Hill separates them from their families. The stresses of the job can be difficult on their relationships but even more so for those who have to endure regular physical separation. Those with children may feel the absence of one parent to a greater extent. Pray for all members of Parliament and their families that they would have wisdom to manage their household relationships.
“If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.”
Ecclesiastes 4:10
Pray for marriages and families in Canada. Pray that they would serve the Lord. Pray that the local church would continue to build and foster solid teachings to grow strong, healthy families. Pray that prayer would become important and integral and central to family dynamics. The family that prays together stays together.
“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
