It’s Finally Here – Inaugural National Day of Prayer in Ottawa!
Today marks the inaugural National Day of Prayer in Ottawa! Believers from every generation, region, culture, and denomination are gathering in the heart of our nation in the spirit of 2 Chronicles 7:14. We had a beautiful time of worship last night, and there is much more planned for today. March for Jesus Ottawa will begin gathering at Confederation Park at 11:30 a.m., with the march starting at 1:00 p.m. The National Day of Prayer Rally will follow on Parliament Hill at 3:00 p.m.
This is not just a one time event. It is the beginning of something we are building for the future. Imagine your grandchildren’s grandchildren attending a national day of repentance, a day to turn back to God, to humble ourselves, and to cry out for the healing of our land. If you are in Ottawa, we would love for you to join us. There is still time, as the rally starts later this afternoon. If you cannot attend in person, you can still participate. Go to nationaldayofprayer.ca for the livestream link and full details.
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
