In the middle of political noise, shifting platforms, and headlines that can easily discourage us, this message calls us to lift our eyes higher. While parties, policies, and leaders matter, our ultimate trust isn’t in earthly systems but in the name of the Lord. Drawing from Psalm 144, this video reminds us that the real battles shaping our nation are spiritual, and they are fought through partnership with God - in prayer, worship, and faithful obedience wherever He has placed us. Instead of reacting with fear, anger, or despair, we’re invited into the secret place, where our hearts are steadied, our perspective is restored, and worship becomes a powerful form of spiritual warfare. This is a call to stay rooted, stay faithful, and shine His light right where we are.
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Weekly Prayer Points
Pray that in the middle of political noise and troubling headlines, we would lift our eyes and keep our focus on the Lord.
Pray that our trust would be in God alone, not in parties, policies, or human leaders.
Pray that we would understand that the real battles facing our nation are spiritual and that we would respond through prayer, worship, and obedience.
Pray that instead of reacting with fear, anger, or discouragement, we would come into God’s presence where our hearts find peace.
Pray that worship would rise from our lives as a strong weapon in spiritual battle and bring heaven’s perspective.
Pray that we would stay rooted and faithful wherever God has placed us and reflect His light through our lives.
“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.”
