Marilyn Gladu’s decision to cross the floor brought shock, disappointment, and strong reactions, especially because she had been seen as a steady and dependable conservative voice. Chris emphasizes in the video to not let political events shake where trust is placed. Even without understanding why she made this choice, the focus should remain firmly in God, not in government or political leaders. The priority remains clear: to keep “the main thing the main thing”, preaching the good news and setting captives free. Revival and transformation are not expected to come from the House of Commons but rather from our houses - our churches, workplaces, and communities. God will accomplish His purposes regardless of political circumstances. When we pray, we pray for all government leaders, on both sides of the aisle. Continue to pray for them because the temptation to abandon their principles is very real.

"Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling!"

Psalm 43:3
