As you may know, Jagmeet Singh recently announced that the NDP has ended its agreement with the Liberals. The Conservatives have stated they will push for a non-confidence vote as soon as possible. For an election to be triggered, not only would Mr. Singh and his caucus need to side with the Conservatives, but the Bloc would also have to join them. However, the Bloc see this as an opportunity to make gains for Quebec. Regardless of the outcome, we need to pray. We often pray when an election is called, but it’s crucial to keep praying for our Members of Parliament before, during, and after, whether they were your choice in the election or not. Let’s pray for wisdom, revelation, boldness, and the courage to stand for truth and righteousness. We encourage you to continually lift up your Member in prayer.
Thanks to our donors for making a difference!

Apostolic Prayer
"May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Romans 15:5-6
Prayer Points
The House of Commons will resume on September 16.
As they return to Ottawa to resume activities in the House of Commons, let us continue to pray for our Members of Parliament
Pray that the Lord would raise up Wilberforces in every party.
Pray that these courageous men and women will have the boldness to vote against their party when their principles demand it.
Pray that our leaders would have the tenacity of Wilberforce, who remained steadfast in his God-given mission for decades despite illness, threats, and overwhelming opposition. It was just three days before his death in 1833, when he learned that the House of Commons had passed a law freeing all slaves in the British Empire which included Canada.
"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
Galatians 6:9
Pray for MP's and their families.
Pray for their families, who often bear the unseen burdens of public service. Pray that their relationships would be strengthened, and help them to remain close and supportive of one another.
Pray He would guard their marriages and family ties, creating a foundation of love, trust, and unity in the midst of political pressures. Pray that there would be moments of connection, rest, and renewal even when time together is scarce.
Pray for the MPs who are believers
Pray that they would be empowered to be shining lights among their peers.
Pray that their faith would be strengthened and they would have courage to live out their convictions boldly. Pray that their lives would reflect His truth, love and righteousness in every decision they make.
Pray that they would be ambassadors of His grace and peace, showing kindness, humility, and integrity in their interactions with colleagues, staff, and all they encounter.
Pray that they would have discernment to speak with clarity and conviction when standing for truth and justice.
Pray that they would carry His presence into every discussion, debate, and decision.
"In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
Matthew 5:16
