It's back-to-school season, and the NHOP School of Prayer is kicking off on September 19th! This semester's course, "How to Pray for Government," will dive deep into essential topics like "The Sovereignty of God," "Authority and Submission," "Rebellion and Resistance," "The Church and Power," "The Kingdom of God," and more. If you're interested in understanding how our government operates and the Church's role in it, this is a course you won’t want to miss. Prayer Points
Pray for the Jewish Diaspora in Canada.
This week, numerous Jewish organizations across several Canadian cities were targeted by a mass, threatening email. Law enforcement experts have determined that these threats are unsupported and intended solely to incite fear.
Pray for our police and other law enforcement agencies, that they may act with wisdom. Pray that they would have the discernment to recognize real threats and the ability to prevent them from causing any harm.
Pray for the Jewish communities in our country, that they would stand strong and not be intimidated by fear. Pray that they would turn to Yahweh as their refuge and source of strength.
"The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe."
Proverbs 18:10
Pray for the Church that they would continue to engage with the Jewish community. Pray for more bridges to be built between Christians and Jews.
