And keep right on praying, even if your favourite doesn’t win. Put your prayer support behind the successful candidate and watch how God can change hearts and circumstances. Foreign Interference Commission
The first phase of the hearing concluded on April 10, focusing on possible interference in the 2019 and 2021 federal elections and its impact on their integrity. In the fall of this year, the Commission plans to conduct additional public hearings, expanding the scope to include the effects of foreign interference on diaspora communities.
Pray for Judge Hogue to have clarity in understanding the testimonies provided by government officials this week. Pray that she would be able to discern the truth amidst the information presented.
Pray for courage within the diaspora community as they share their stories in the upcoming fall sessions, not giving in to intimidation.
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God”

Israel - Iran threatens war
The U.S. has issued a travel advisory for Israel amidst mounting concerns of an imminent attack from Iran. Analysts are warning of the likelihood of a direct assault by Iran as early as this weekend, with many emphasizing that it's not a question of if, but when.
Pray for Israelis and the global Jewish community as they deal with different levels of trauma. In Israel, families are grappling with anxiety from frequent sirens signalling incoming missiles, while concerns about the effectiveness of the Iron Dome against advanced weapons adds to the stress. Additionally, Jewish communities worldwide are facing rising anti-semitism.
Pray for Christians to firmly reject all types of anti-semitism and to show unwavering support for their Jewish communities.
Pray for the remaining hostages held by Hamas. Recent reports suggest there may be fewer survivors than initially thought. Pray for heavenly intel to help the IDF locate them and execute successful rescue missions.
Pray for the innocent Palestinian men, women, and children who are being exploited by Hamas terrorists as disposable human shields.
"For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday."
