I want to encourage you today from Proverbs 9:10, which says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” As we pray and consider the platforms and policies of contenders in this election, we should not be motivated by fear but by wisdom that comes from reverence for the Lord. Many of the apostolic prayers of Paul ask for wisdom, understanding, and revelation of God, which is the foundation from which we pray. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and self-discipline. So in this season, let’s remain in a posture of sound mind and seek the Lord’s wisdom as we pray.
We will be sending out a video with prayer points every day except Sundays throughout the election period.
Thanks to our donors for making a difference!
