He is Risen!
This weekend we celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus — the foundation of our faith. In the midst of a critical election season, it’s easy to get caught up in polls, debates, and campaigning. But we must keep the main thing the main thing: seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
Yes, the election matters. But even if everything around us fails, yet we will rejoice in the Lord. Our hope and joy are in the God of our salvation.
Because of Jesus, we carry resurrection life and can boldly approach the throne of grace. That’s why we pray — for our leaders, our nation, and for salvation to come to all, including Mark Carney, Pierre Poilievre, and every MP.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Let’s keep our eyes on Him.

Daily Election Prayer Points
Praise Jesus for the victory we have because of the work He did at the cross.
Praise Him for conquering sin, death, and the power of the grave.
Thank Him for the privilege of drawing near to His throne of grace with confidence.
Thank God that we are no longer slaves to sin but alive in Christ.
Pray for believers to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus during this election season.
Pray for a fresh move of the Holy Spirit across Canada.
Pray for our national leaders by name:
Mark Carney, Pierre Poilievre, Jagmeet Singh, Yves-François Blanchet, and every Member of Parliament.
Pray they would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:1–4).
Pray that godly voices would be heard and influence policy and decisions.
Pray for peace, unity, and protection over the nation as we approach the election.
Pray for grace to be salt and light in every sphere of influence.
