As we enter another election season, it's important to reflect not just on politics, but on how Jesus carried Himself amid tension and accusation. In Mark 15, despite being falsely accused, Jesus remained silent—an act that astonished even Pilate. Rather than getting entangled in spin, opinion, or partisanship, Jesus modeled a different Kingdom—one not of this world. In a culture obsessed with rhetoric and division, we are called to represent the King of Kings with humility, prayer, and love. Let’s vote, engage, and speak with wisdom, always remembering to model our posture after Christ.

Daily Election Prayer Points

Pray that believers would carry themselves with the humility and peace of Jesus, even when accused or provoked.

Pray for discernment on when to speak and when to remain silent, that our responses would reflect Christ and not contribute to division.

Pray that our hearts and actions would align with the values of God’s Kingdom, not the agendas of political parties.

Pray for the Lord to help His people love beyond labels and opinions, building bridges rather than walls.

Pray for truth to rise above confusion, misinformation, and spin—that people would discern what is fact and what is opinion.

Pray for voters across the nation, asking that they seek God’s heart as they make decisions and cast their votes.

Pray for all those running for office and those currently in leadership, that they would be protected, strengthened, and influenced by godly counsel.

Pray that this season would spark a deeper hunger for prayer and revival among the Church—that we would not miss the spiritual opportunity this moment presents.

"Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling."

Psalm 2:10-11
