As we step into a new year, we want to pause and share both our gratitude and our vision with you. The past year has been one of steady growth, deepened relationships, and increasing clarity about the unique calling God has given NHOP in this critical season. We have sensed the Lord doing exactly what He promises: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye on you” (Psalm 32:8).

Over the last twelve months, NHOP’s ministry has expanded in influence and alignment. Strategic meetings with respected national leaders actively building allyship with the Jewish community have strengthened our role in Jewish–Christian engagement in Canada. We also completed another successful NHOP Prayer School, confirming a growing hunger for in-person prayer, worship, and leadership formation in the nation. As Scripture reminds us, “My house shall be called a house of prayer” (Isaiah 56:7), and we are seeing that call embraced with renewed passion.

Internationally, we saw the Lord connect us with key diplomatic, governmental, and faith-based networks in Israel, adding strength and strategy to our role in praying for the Jewish people. Domestically, we’ve seen the Lord graciously cultivate and extend our influence through conferences, prayer initiatives, and outreach to Members of Parliament through patient, prayerful relationship building. As always, we remain committed to “pray for all those in authority” (1 Timothy 2:1-2), trusting God to open hearts and doors in His time.”

We believe Canada has a prophetic role to play, and our part is to help build sustained worship and prayer towards that end. Amos called for justice to roll like a river, and righteousness like a never-failing stream (Amos 5:24); we believe sustained worship and intercession help prepare the ground for this kind of transformation in our nation.

In 2026 we are preparing to launch the NHOP Podcast, host regional gatherings in Victoria, Toronto, Ottawa (with perhaps another city or two), and host gatherings connected to the National Day of Prayer, National Prayer Breakfast, and Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast. We are also making preparations for NHOP’s 25th Anniversary Conference! This will surely be a time of both celebrating God’s faithfulness for the past 25 years, and casting vision for the years ahead
