Hi everybody. It's Chris Byberg, the director of the National House of Prayer, coming to you today from Richmond Hill. Uh we've spent the few days here in the GTA and we're headed back to Ottawa. Um so I want to talk to you today a couple things. Number one, um pencils. Who knew that pencils would be such a big deal? Um we've always used pencils in elections. Don't worry about it. You see a lot of people a lot of swirling conspiracies. We've always used them, but you're free to bring your own pen. So, if you're worried about pencils, uh, bring your own pen. You'll be fine. The reason why they don't is because pens dry out. Pencils don't. And you'll notice the pencils don't have
erasers either. Uh, number two, I want to talk to you about the media. And in this uh especially just after the the debates you saw the role of the media was very very significant especially the role of independent media and I you know there's a lot of great independent med media out there and there's a lot of great ungrate independent media out there. So you have to be selective you have to be wise. You have to listen and we still are required to do our research and find out what the truth is. A lot of the great independent media out there right now, many of them are Christians and many of them are believers and they bring a great platform uh that is very u
informative and uh and uh just basically truth-based and not so much agenda in behind it. Mind you, some places can be. So that's why we have to be wise. So we want to be praying for a media at this time and the main reason is um that younger generation Gen Z they don't listen to um the traditional media forms or legacy media CBC CTV the the other places that uh we've traditionally got media they listen to these other places and so they are listening and we want to be praying for that generation to get out the vote and we also want to be praying that uh the truth would go forward in our nation. And that's what the main thing is is we want truth to go forward
that ears would be there to hear and eyes to see. Anyway, I'm Chris Byberg, the director of the National House of Prayer, and we'll see you next time. Bye for now. [Music]
