hi everybody it's chris byberg the director of the national house of prayer coming to you today from ottawa you know it took me three times to figure that one out anyway i want to talk to you today about this great week we've been having here in ottawa it was the monday and tuesday where the uh national prayer breakfast dinner leadership dinner and the prayer breakfast on tuesday morning both absolutely amazing thank you to those of you who were praying into this because we had been putting that into our our prayer updates amazing you know we were praying for a shift and we really sensed that was a shift on the hill with that both of the speakers at both events were
absolutely amazing on on monday night we had had joy smith a former mp speaking on human trafficking and on tuesday morning we had bill atset speaking to us as a resident residential school conqueror isn't that good so watch for that we're gonna be posting those things as they come out um just amazing just amazing here's a great thing that we that has never happened before and actually happened at the event um you know in in since we've had national prayer breakfast the prime minister has never stayed the prime minister trudeau has never stayed for the entirety of the breakfast and he did this time and you know what we really appreciate what he had prayed um we're hoping to to
to show you that clip hopefully we haven't checked the audio on it but it was good not that he prayed but we pray that what the words he said would slide down into his heart so continue to pray for him continue to pray for his family continue to pray for the leaders here god is doing amazing things on parliament hill you know again in second timothy god tells us that we are to pray for all leaders and all those in authority and i really appreciate this word because there's a why that they would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth so let's continue to pray for our leaders god's doing an amazing work on parliament hill many many ministries are at work there
and many many ministries are bringing impact to the hill so thank you very much for the for those of you who are pressing in in that manner um so i just want to pray before we leave so father again i just give thanks to you for the great work that you are doing in ottawa you have done great things we bless your holy name father thank you for what you're doing in the house of commons lord we thank you for those trees of righteousness the planting of the lord for the display of his splendor that are in that house lord we ask that those oaks of righteousness would grow up strong and big in that house lord we just thank you god again for what you're doing in ottawa
