hi everybody it's chris byberg the director of the national house of prayer coming to you from ottawa well i want to share some exciting things with you today things that i've been hearing and talking to with people across the nation of the things that god god is doing and there are some really exciting stories remember a couple weeks ago i said to watch what father is doing because we want to do what the father is doing you know in our communities in our churches and our families in our spheres of influence and god is doing those things if you're paying attention so one story i want to share with you um comes from a friend of mine john lowndes out in british columbia and he shared

with me that there's this chinese church in in bc that its pastor just instructed it's his their the congregation just go out be kind reach out to people and uh random cat acts of kindness and just be kind and maybe maybe introduce them to jesus a little bit but you know what happened this i had to actually call him back because he told me this story on on on friday and i had to call him back to say uh did i hear you straight when you said this so this is what happened so this particular congregation went out one day one day and you know 150 people gave their lives to jesus 150 came to christ and a hundred were baptized in one day outrageous i know that is so

outrageous i had to call him back to say did i hear that straight did i hear that one day in my mind i was thinking oh maybe it took a week or maybe it took a month or maybe this was a project that they spent over the year but it was one day let me tell you about another story and this one comes from our uh a dear sister in montreal her name is linda and she joins us on our prayer calls and she was telling us about her brother who's a believer and he lives in coburg ontario he's a farmer and he just loves to help his neighbors he loves his neighbors as himself and so he was working with this young neighbor farmer and the young neighbor farmer being a young farmer had

a thousand questions and asked him a bunch of questions during the course of the day and at the end of the day he says i have one more question for you how can i be saved that's so outrageous this is happening now i mean linda's brother wasn't even preaching he was just being kind he was just being a good neighbor and this young man says how can i be saved isn't that exciting we are in exciting times in spite of what we see happening in legislation in our country god is doing amazing things isn't that exciting take a look at this let's let's pray we're going to pray into this we're going to pray from matthew 9 verse 38 you all know this but this is how we need to be praying in

this season i believe then the disciples said to then he said to the disciples the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few ask the lord of the harvest therefore to send out workers in to his harvest isn't that a good word that's the season we're in so father lord of the harvest we ask that you would send workers into this plentiful harvest father i pray that the power of the holy spirit would push us would move us would draw us to move into that harvest field to release your plans and purposes some of us are called to preach and some of us can preach with acts of kindness as well so i just want to encourage you to move out watch what heavenly father

is doing we want to do what he's doing we want to hear what he's saying and repeat what he's saying we want to pray the things that he wants us to pray and so we come in agreement with you o lord of the harvest or we come in agreement with your plans and purpose for my street for my workplace for my local church and for my sphere of influence and we pray this in jesus name amen thank you everybody i'm Chris Byberg the director of the national house of prayer and we will see you next time bye for now
