hi everybody it's chris byberg the director of the national house of prayer coming to you today from our home in ottawa yes we've had a very busy summer it's been fantastic we just got back from a couple of weeks on the prairies we started off our trip in manitoba and then ended uh ended up in saskatchewan uh one of the highlights for us on this trip was uh at madge lake bible camp where we met with a bunch of young leaders a bunch of young adult leaders what a fantastic time from there we went um into the yorkton area actually the area is called the parkland we spoke in numerous churches there i think we spoke nine times in eight days so it was very very busy i brought Brad Fidler and his

wife melissa with us and uh brad is a board member with in hop we had a fantastic time sharing and then from there we ended up up in north of meadow lake saskatchewan up to the gateway of the north and met with some team leaders there and then back down to saskatchewan with other team leaders so it was a really really productive trip we are so happy to be there god is doing amazing things in the prayer movement across the nation amazing things with young adults i think our main focus was young adults this time because we want to build with them not just exclusively with them because the family of god is a family and it has little children and great grandmas and grandpas so it's important

that everybody is on the wall just not my demographic so so anyway it was awesome time out there i just wanted to update you on what we've been doing it's been very busy since uh really since january so we'll be taking a break in the next next the end of next week taking a couple weeks off to recharge our batteries i want to encourage you to recharge your batteries to just rest and enjoy the lord but also still stay on the wall and press in with him um one thing that you can pray about is we are currently looking for a new office space within one block of parliament hill we've had members of parliament ask us where's your office and how can we we want to be closer they

want to have access and so we are looking for office space so be and pray for that because we need some place that is very strategic and because we are so excited to get on the hill we're also currently working on the curriculum for canopy of prayer and that's going to be very very important this year starting when the house sits back at the end of september watch for that we're also going to be involved on radio so watch for us here in ottawa c-h-r-i and 98-5 the rock in yorkton will be doing things on the radio there so be listening we're going to put those on our on the updates as well as well as other places so god is doing amazing things in hop and across the nation i keep saying this

he's doing big things in little places and he really is so thank you everybody let's pray father i thank you for this for the summertime i thank you god that it's a time of refreshing but it's also a time of visioning and lord we in this season of rest we lift our vision higher so that we can gaze upon you lord we want to gaze upon the beauty of your holiness because lord you are good in your mercy endures forever lord envision us this summer give us new vision give us greater capacity for vision lord because we want to run with what you have in jesus name amen well thank you everybody i'm chris breiberg the director of the national house of prayer we will see you again in august bye for now
