hi everybody i'm brad fidler i'm coming to you with today's end hop prayer point for the day in this lead up to the federal election and i want to pray today for the church in canada out of isaiah 30 verse 15. the message translation says your salvation requires you to turn back to me and stop trying stop your silly efforts to save yourselves but your strength will be found in settling down in complete dependence on me beloved your strength will be found in settling down in complete dependence on him so father we thank you for your church in canada we thank you that she's being prepared as a glorious bride for your son without spot or wrinkle and we thank you for our nation we thank
you for the plans and purposes you have for us and i ask that in the lead-up to this election that you give us grace to not respond out of fear out of anxiety out of a sense of a loss of control but father would you give us grace to enter into your secret place to to to encounter you and the joy the fullness of joy and the pleasures ever more at your right hand would you allow us to be rooted and grounded in your love in these days that we could as we interact with the political sphere and our communities around us that we would be clothed with the righteousness peace and joy there are hallmarks of your kingdom we ask this in jesus name amen thanks for joining us we'll see you
