"A National House of Prayer In our Capital City of Ottawa"

I fully support the estblishing of a National House of Prayer here in Ottawa.

You may ask why ? Because the spiritual changes needed in Canada will not be found in the House of Commons but rather in a National House of Prayer.

Capital cities are unique in their role to a nation and its people.

A capital city represents the political power and administrative influence of a nation. Usually, for historical reasons, it represents the economic power of a nation with corporations, businesses and non-governmental institutions of all kinds.

Capitals attract the nation`s intellectuals, creative people and the world`s diplomatic community.

It is the seat of power for the elite who dominate decision-making.

Capital cities control communications, transportation and industry with laws and rules of conduct.

They are the symbols of political identity and legitimacy.

Public building. Commercial offices. Impressive headquarters are meant to impress with their dignity and majesty under the law of the land.

Capital cities are places of public identity as the Nation`s flag flys proudly over the seat of government.

Romans 13 remind us that government is established by God, ministers under His authority and is subject to Him in doing good.

1 Timothy exhorts us, first of all, to pray for those who are in authority.

"Lord, I speak the spirit of prayer upon Ottawa, in the name of Jesus.

I speak that a spirit of prayer is going to fall upon Ottawa Canada.

I speak that there is almost like a "City Of Lights" that is going to happen in Ottawa.

It's going to be ... "Lights, Action, Camera" in Ottawa.

There is a spirit of prayer that is going to fall in Ottawa, in the name of Jesus.

I see a stadium filled with prayer. I see a stadium and it's got a great big huge light switch and people are going to be used to go up to this light switch that has been turned down and they are going to ... "Turn the Lights on in The House".

They are going to flip the switch and it's going to " Turn The Lights On In The House Of Canada", for a ... "Prairie Revival" to occur.

The Lord is going to release a spirit of prayer in Ottawa Canada, now it's going to be in Ottawa Canada, but it's going to be for your whole Nation.

There is coming a spirit of prayer that is going fall on Ottawa Canada and it's going to be used to "Turn The Lights On In The House", and "The Lights On", that's Revelation, because "What Goes Up Must Come Down".
